Small land ownership converted to retail lot

How We Help

Small land ownership converted to retail lot

Some churches own smaller plots of land but do not have enough funds to build a church. Agur Foundation helps clients determine the amount of space needed by the church and walks them through entitling and selling the remaining space to other users such as retail establishments. The funds gained from this sale helps finance the construction of the church space.

Covenant Community Church is a good example of this process.

Client Case Study

Covenant Community Church
Aurora, Colorado

Covenant Community Church (CCC) owned a six-acre tract but did not have enough funds to build their facility. So they took their land and split it and sold half. The developer who purchased the half was obligated to develop the entire parcel for CCC and for Sprouts. CCC now owns over 3 acres and has the required funds to obtain financing for the construction of their new facility. Praise the Lord!
